Serves as Managing Director of XcP, based in Munich, Germany, with an office in Nairobi, Kenya. Ensures the successful and timely implementation of all XcP projects (e.g. A call for arms, theatre on stilts project ‘Merula’ in Kosovo, Radio Magwi) in different countries, with a proven track record in coordination and management.

Worked as freelance consultant, trainer and producer for various clients and a broad range of projects, e.g.: A School Day with Diana — planning, directing and producing the documentary film with support from Bread for the World (EED); A Gun in every home — planning, directing and producing the documentary film for Bonn International Center for Conversion (BICC); Media for Peace — lecturing at the European University Center for Peace Studies (EPU).

Served as Development Advisor and Project Manager for Action Africa Help-International (AAH-I), seconded by Bread for the World (EED), in South Sudan (by then Southern Sudan) and as Field Security Focal Point. Successfully developed and implemented AAH-I’s Capacity Building for Post-Conflict Reintegration (CAPOR) project, fostering a peaceful reintegration process through Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities.

Worked as freelance consultant, trainer and producer for various clients and a broad range of projects, e.g.: Fair Handelsmesse 2005 — planning and carrying out a Fair Trade Exhibition for Stiftung Entwicklungszusammenarbeit Baden Württemberg (SEZ). Other clients: Wasserstiftung e.V., Gordian Maugg Film, Netz e.V.

European-wide public relations for Burton Snowboards, Gravis and The North Face in Munich, Germany. Successfully carried out and handled the consumer communications, brand marketing, media and client contact, project planning and evaluation, as well as the planning and handling of events. Krauts PR is a Munich based firm specialised in sustainable brand communication for national and international companies.
