On his current role, Nikiforos oversees an account of 250 FTEs and a P&L of approximately $100m per year while he works with CxOs to explore innovative and value-creation solutions that are aligned with his client's strategic vision and mission. Since 2015 that we won a $700m S.O., and with almost $1bn sales cycle, EAG is the largest T&T account in EMEA and one of the largest in the world for IBM.

Served as Subject Matter Expert providing advisory services to the aviation and information technology domains and other business CxOs around the world on:  Product Innovation, Customer Solutions Design and Program Development  Digital Transformation Strategies – Business & Technology Imperatives

 Executed ORAT senior management meetings and coordinated trial scenarios pertaining to the IT systems and AOCC procedures to reveal operational and process setbacks.  Led and mentored a team of operations end users and IT engineers, towards critical system enhancements.  Executed AOS systems integration setup and application design deployed in the Operations Control Centre  Drafted the concept of operations (CONOPS) in view of the A-CDM concept implementation

Led a technical team of 24 software engineers in Germany, Netherlands and the United States, and a project management team of 3 project managers in several aviation and maritime projects.  Served as a change management steering committee chairman on behalf of Zebra for SATS, ADAS and PTP projects between 2008 until 2011. ADAS finished 4 months before project end resulting in additional revenues of USD125k  Generated revenues in less than three years of 5M SGD with 1M SGD cashed in from after sales.
