- Maintain consistent and thorough communication with tenants, property management and leasing - Manage the approval process on behalf of the tenant for signage installation, notices totenants for violating mall policies, security related issues, etc. - Track, monitor, verify and chase down the documentation required on completion of each work stage and ensure timely submission & compliance of work permits by the tenants - Providing updated maintenance report
