Reporting to the group's general management and in charge of digital strategy on all international markets, my tasks include digital marketing management, website animation, front and backend development and the creation of new graphic content. Definition of the digital roadmap, team and service provider management (agencies / freelancers) and relaunch of the acquisition strategy on a data / multi-channel orientation.

Management of Online Marketing's French department, including the establishment of budgets and the monthly and annual strategy for the entire marketing acquisition of the French market. Responsible for all organic and paid channels (SEM/SEO, Facebook Advertising, Affiliation, Newsletter Marketing, Google Shopping) and for cooperation with international agencies. Experience with CPC/CPM/CPA/CPL methods to achieve annual lead and buyer objectives on a profitability basis (cohort reporting method).

- Involvement in the launching of the French website - Market analysis and expansion of English and German databases - Web marketing sector studies (trends, competition) and strategic monitoring - Development of the social media strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) - Content management (Wordpress) and administration of newsletters (MailChimp)

- Filtering and checks on search engines - Analysis and interpretation of results provided by practitioners - Detection of new leads via LinkedIn (Sales navigator) - Involvement in the French, German, British, Belgian and Swiss markets

- Management of an international customer portfolio of 75 merchants - Achieving a turnover of € 280,000 on the French and English markets - Online optimizations (ROI, PPC, keywords) and long term campaign tracking - Marketing and operational project management - Commercial team support (market research, sales) - Representative of the company at the e-commerce 2014 exhibition in Paris - Daily collaboration with German, American and Indian teams
