Main Activities and Responsibilities: • Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of internal supply chain • Analyzing historical data using MS Excel and ERP to plan anticipated demands • Structuring a healthy supply chain at the customer site to maintain high serviceability • Regular tracking of life cycle of the products in service • Deputing personnel at the customer site for repair activities • Organizing training programs for customers to ensure continuous learning
