• Provide expert technical support to the internal and external users of Definiens IT solutions and business IT applications • Reproduce issues on the test environments and feed the software related issues into the bug management system • Work closely with platform operations team and software development teams to address and resolve most common software problems (Web, Docker, Kubernetes issues…) • Manage integrations of Definiens software solutions into customer environments

• Provide technical support for the OSS products for the operation and Management systems: OMC-R (which supports the management functions used by the operator to operate the radio network) and NPO (which offers a full range of multi-standard QoS Monitoring and radio network optimization facilities) • Act as a Technical expert for Mobile Access Operation and Management covering product function and features including the problems related to the Software and to the Hardware.

• Participate to analyse CRM Client’s change requests • Design, realise and test extensions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM product using ASP.net technologies, Web technologies (Javascript, HTML...), Web services (XML,SOAP,...), C#,SQL... • Participate in planning of CRM Change Requests development (estimation, architecture) • Draft technical documents (User Manual, Detailed System Architecture Specification, Weekly reporting, System test Plan).

• Design, realise and test of new generation security components with collaboration of Bell labs (Madrid unit) using Java/J2EE environment, JBOSS, Oracle, LDAP, Radius AAA,SNMP,GUI design, network security protocols, different script languages: Perl, Shell... and on different platforms: Linux, SUN, HP and PC. • Participate in planning of product development (estimation, architecture) • Draft technical documents (User Manual, Detailed System Architecture Specification, Weekly reporting, System test Plan).

• Test and validate new generation security component software’s: New Generation SECurity (NGSEC), New Generation Fault Management (NGFM) developed with Java/J2EE environment, on different platforms: SUN, HP and PC and using different script languages: Perl, Shell... • Draft test reports. • Elaborate and execute manual and automatic tests using Java, script Perl, script Shell...
