- Provided operational leadership encompassing material’s & inventory management, supply chain management, logistics service planning, health & safety management for RMX plant in Tbilisi; - Oversaw and managed operational budgets, financial performance & compensation system; - Developed quality control management programs according to Lean Six Sigma principles that resulted in high customer satisfaction; - Led a team of 28 professionals.

- Managed €3.8M construction project of LafargeHolcim’s ready-mix concrete plant. Plant and team ready within 12 months after kick-off; - Along with construction management, my role incorporated subcontractor selection, resource allocation, contract management, project planning & scheduling, project estimation, value engineering and health & safety management; - Led a team of 8 professionals.

- Provided design and modelling of concrete and steel structures in according construction norms and standards; - Reviewed architectural and structural plans made by other engineers; - Drafted working drawings by using AutoCAD; - Accomplished 64 different projects including Hilton Batumi & University of Essex Business School.
