• Modernising the firm's digital ecosystem, including its website gsi.uz, which I built: a full design plus search optimisation for both SEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation, i.e. visibility in AI-generated answers). • Training the team to use AI agents built on Claude in their daily work, going beyond simple chatbots. • Improving operational efficiency with workflow automation (n8n), voice and chat agents (Vapi, Telegram) and web products for the firm and its clients.

• Produced videos, ad creatives and social content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, using Canva and AI tools. • Managed the Shopify storefront: added and optimised product listings and redesigned site pages. • Ran Klaviyo email campaigns; a single campaign generated NZ$8,000+ in sales.

• Grew the organic Instagram following by 2,500+ in six months; raised website traffic by 50% and brand awareness by 70%. • Built a Telegram chatbot that let customers order directly in the app. • Managed the Instagram account and supported the CRM manager with client communications.
