I lead the planning and delivery of global CRM projects that connect audiences around the world with the Paralympic Movement. I work across the full lifecycle - from aligning organisational needs and implementing new processes to shaping content plans, overseeing segmentation and ensuring data compliance. As Fundraising Assistant I supported the development and fundraising efforts of the Agitos Foundation, helping advance opportunities for people around the world to participate in Para sport. I worked closely with senior leadership to prepare grant applications, donor reports and funding documentation, and contributed to donor communication and stewardship processes.

For the EU-wide LUCAS land use and land cover survey, I coordinated the field data collection process in Hungary, serving as the interface between the national team, stakeholders and the European project lead. I recruited and trained the field surveyors, prepared localised methodological materials, planned logistics and ensured high data quality throughout the project.

As a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist, I supported customers of a global e-commerce platform in English, German and Spanish. I managed a high volume of inquiries via email and phone, delivered timely solutions and ensured a positive user experience throughout.

As President of EGEA, I led the strategic direction of a Europe-wide youth organisation connecting geography students and young professionals from more than 30 countries. I coordinated international projects, partnerships and events, working closely with universities, civil society organisations and corporate partners.

During my internship, I contributed to qualitative and quantitative research on national and ethnic minority issues. I supported survey design, interviews, data analysis and case study preparation, and assisted in organising the Institute’s annual conference.
