- Managing French and North Africa Key Accounts. - Working close with the customers in order to identify the opportunities and define the right Strategies to reach them.

- Defining the suppliers’ and components’ strategies: Assuring the best possible prices, qualities and controlling margins on components. - Assuring the purchasing productivity in order to optimize the company’s competitiveness.

- Managing a key account Asteel Flash Group. - Developing the North Africa market with identifying the opportunities.

- Assisting the launching of the new projects (Prototype Phase, Purchase and logistics): Choice of the suppliers’ panel, management and validation of free samples. - Assisting the Negotiations and Coordinating Purchases for the entire activity. - Assuring the implementation of the logistics suppliers’ agreements in order to reduce the lead time and manage the production schedules fluctuations for the whole Sagemcom suppliers´ panel.

- Responsible of budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning and analysis, statutory reporting, treasury and all general accounting functions. - Following-up and Analysing the activities´ Performances with regard to the defined objectives.
