• Analyzing changes which may impact Vodafone Services, proposed within other departments and partner markets. • Ensuring that change requests are properly evaluated by the relevant parties • Participate in CAB meetings together with international stakeholders, present and sustain changes in order to get them approved • Supporting negotiations with Managers/Service Owners , actively solicit/give feedback. • Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology

• Completing morning checks, log the results in an excel file and send the results to a predefined distribution list • Troubleshooting operations as: adding channels, BT Youview gaps, creating channels and listings accounts, removing channels from a feed, running the editorial report, running the ITV monthly operations report, unlocking programmes • Escalating the technical problems to Back Office in order to solve the issues • Tools used: JIRA, CITRIX, Outlook
