Leading a team of five people, I am responsible for quality assurance and production management of 115 brand approved footwear suppliers and over 20 million pairs of footwear produced annually. • Making sure production in %100 of the factories are according to LCW standards • Organizing and conducting annual social and technical audits to suppliers • Searching for possible quality risks in production and using A3 methodology to address them to achieve below 4% repair rate .

Swans is a shoe manufacturer located in İzmir that makes 1.5 million pairs of shoes yearly for domestic and international customers such as Bershka, LC Waikiki and NEXT. • Supervising a team of 60 people to designate points of improvement in the manufacturing processes • Determining, negotiating and ensuring that the standards are met for external customers • Making sure all deadlines planned, followed and met for all production steps • Managed projects on improving quality performance of the factory

LC Waikiki is the biggest clothing retailer in Turkey with over 40 % market share, trading in 27 countries. Reported to Sourcing Director my responsibilities were; • International/domestic sourcing, supply and compliance of footwear and accessories categories • Finding new sources for products, ensuring their regulatory compliance, operational performance • Conveying terms and conditions to new suppliers, monitoring any production deadlines
