- full life-cycle of recruiting (screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates and extending formal offers of employment); - carrying out test methods, results, maintenance of the database up to date the results of tests passed by employees; - preparation of internal reports, which include information about quantity of interviews and their results, plans for the next month; - maintain a database of candidates; - cooperation with employment centers and recruitment agencies.
