Responsibilities: coordinating global end-to-end testing activities of multiple distributed project teams covering a number of projects, planning and definition of test approach, supervision and control of testing processes, working on site, extensive client/user communication and interaction with Programme Managers and Project Managers from Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance and IT, analysis and clarification of requirements

Responsibilities: building, managing, coaching and leading Testing Team of 10+ people, defining and putting in practice testing processes, analysis and testing of requirements, client/user communication, planning and control of end-to-end testing activities across multiple development streams, software testing design and execution, automation (Selenium for Functional testing, JMeter for Performance testing)
