I was responsible for OPEX and C&B Planning process (both strategic and operating ones) with financial responsibility over ~20,000 FTEs and 60 $0,9 bln. I led for monthly in-depth Russian OPEX costs forums with Russia GM, CFO and top-team to set business targets and agenda, provided finance support to HR VP, CFO, Controlling VP, Business and FP&A Senior teams. I supported successful Shared Service Center lunch, improved cost discipline that allowed to save 5-10% costs annually and improved processes.

I lead Finance Control and Compliance agenda for LLC “WBD Beverages” with annual revenue of $300 mln incl. GAAP, Statutory accounting. Treasury, Tax reporting and Production Controlling, Internal Controls. I deployed System of Internal Controls with the highest 1st year pass rate (92%), successful restructured 2 businesses within Juice Category, implemented new process for Operating CashFlow forecast that increased (by 96%) its accuracy. I controlled AR, discounts and promo activities level and results.
