Balance is an experienced all round consulting firm, based in Curacao, active throughout the Dutch Caribbean. We offer a broad range of services including strategic & operational consultancy and recruitment. My clients range from international companies and governments to local firms and non profit organisations. As a HR & Recruitment Consultant it is my responsibility to service our clients with a custom-fit solution utilising the appropriate combination of our range of services.

Act as interim recruiter or HR Manager for various clients (see below) which need help with HR issues fast. Holiday cover, maternity leave cover, project based or otherwise.

(1 year assignment pregnancy leave cover) Responsible for all HR activities related to Wholesale and Retail for Quiksilver, Roxy and DC Shoes in the Northern European Countries (UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Finland, Denmark). Recruitment, restructuring, closing stores, performance improvement programs, all employment law related issues, disciplinary procedures, grievance procedures etc.

Acted as recruiter for the Amsterdam Branch from 1998 to 2000, after which I switched to the in-house outfit at Nike EMEA in Hilversum.
