Staff Technical Program Manager at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly), operating at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and marketing to drive alignment and execution across high-impact, cross-functional programs and initiatives supporting AI-powered products used by millions of users worldwide. I work closely with teams leveraging LLMs, AI-assisted tooling, and automation to improve product delivery and operational effectiveness.

As Lead TPM, I drove strategic growth at HelloFresh by delivering complex programs aligned with the company's top objectives. Reporting to a SVP of Technology, I successfully launched the HelloFresh+ Loyalty Program, eliminating obstacles, aligning diverse teams of 35+ stakeholders across two continents, to achieve €104M in CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) from increased user engagement and revenue, and decreased churn.

Led complex programs, created operational processes, collaborated on achieving department's OKRs, and played a central role in the annual planning process. Key projects: • Led a program for launching the Wallet feature; a complex program involving multiple teams in three departments. This project is projected to exceed €100M in CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). • Owned and led an Operational Excellence Program that improved on company standards across our cross-functional organization of 200+ engineers.

As a Founder of Tech Spaceship, a custom software house with offices in Amman (Jordan) and Dubai (UAE), I held multi-disciplinary responsibilities and led teams through the growth of the startup. We provided consultancy and advisory services to startups and established organizations, supporting the development and launch of digital products aligned to real market needs.
