• Providing talent sourcing support for recruiting area of practice on active Hard-to-fill open requisitions in the EMEA region, mainly supported (but not limited to) business areas are IT, R&D, Finance, legal, comms and P&C • Providing talent sourcing support for strategic pipelining creating long term pipelines and supporting succession plans Globally • Conducting outreach towards candidates to engage them and initiate further discussions • Internal trainer • Broaden knowledge of sourcing techniques
