• Carried out a comprehensive and detailed gap analysis in the process of claims customer experience subdivisions. Identified problems, reviewed requirements, and supported the implementation of the automation process for claims handlings. • Researched, identified, and interpreted the business requirements, partnered with a cross-functional IT team, interacted with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies and technological solutions to resolve the issue.

• Carried out a detailed study of the mechanical system of CNC machines, assessed and analyzed capacity planning of the machines and tools to estimate and optimize the efficiency improvement and technological advancement of the machines. • Applied in-depth troubleshooting and analytical skills along with knowledge of systems, and applications to get to the root cause of the issue. Built BI Dashboards to track OEE, scrap rates, stoppages, and throughput of assembly lines.
