Directly contributing to the overall sales strategy of Mercedes Benz through integrating related car products & services in a new marketplace platform and rolling them out across several markets and regions.

Provided continuous support and guidance to two Scrum teams in their Agile methodological adoption and implementation in order to successfully deliver a new marketplace blueprint. Acted as an interface in the overall Marketplace Core team by creating and maintaining the necessary structures and processes required to improve collaboration and coordination across the teams as well as in the organisation.

Responsible for the planning and effective execution of the full project life cycle while leading a variety of national and international project teams and partnering with external stakeholders from industries as diverse as travel, e-commerce, marketing, media and service sector.

At Rodac, I was responsible for defining project goals for multiple software projects and ensuring their successful implementation. I was also responsible for the resource allocation and utilization across the projects in order to maintain a cooperative, motivated, and successful environment.

Monitored and proposed relevant marketing activities to cultivate a positive image of the company adapted to the market of Republic of Moldova.
