• Responsible for Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Administration and Credit Control. • Preparation & presentation to Regional Management of Yearly Budget and Budget Review. Follow-up and analysis of the deviations, monthly and per campaign. Adoption of correcting measures. • Monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities to insure timely and accurately compliance with corporate time lines. • Tax and legal support to the Sales Network (external). • Contact to Group and Local Auditors, internal and external.

• Responsible for Accounting and Administration for Spain. • Reporting to Finance Manager. • Main contact person to Shared Service Center EMEA. Key contact in the knowledge transfer. • Tax and legal support to the Sales Network (external). • Assistance in Yearly Budget and Monthly Forecasts.

• Responsible for Accounting, Administration and Human Resources for Spain and Portugal. • Direct line to the Country Manager for Iberia, and dotted line to the CFO in UK. • Monthly and ad-hoc reporting under US GAAP and Spanish GAAP. • Preparation and follow-up of Yearly Budget and Monthly Forecasts. Analysis of the deviations and adoption of correcting measures. • Development of HR Department in Recruitment, Training, Conditions and Benefits, and PLR.
