• Design the business case and financial models for Mobile Banking in Access Bank Liberia. • Screen the possible technical partners for mobile banking, their possibilities and limitations. • Negotiate contracts with different partners and third party providers. • Coordinate activities among various stakeholders (Bank, Holding, Local partners, 3rd party solution providers).

• Conduced feasibility study on Branch-less Banking for AB Bank Rwanda. • Conducted a pilot on Short Term Digital Credit as part of the Digitalization Project in Access Bank Tanzania. • Supported several ongoing digitalization sub-projects as part of the Digitalization Project Steering Committee in Access Bank Tanzania.

• Assisted AB Bank Zambia banking services and finance department in setting up reconciliation process for interbank RTGS and Cheques settlement. • Assisted AB Bank Rwanda management team in competitive assessment of banking services, credit staff bonus and career planning, and other ad-hoc tasks. • Established compliance department in AB Bank Rwanda.

• Developed an intervention strategy for the organization in paddy value chain through public-private partnership.

• Executed corporate action processing in the teams outsourcing and European markets.

• Developed Letter of Credit and Guarantees management system in Excel 2010 with advance Macro for the structured finance department of the bank.

• Analyzed R&D portfolio of the company and looked for the new business development opportunities. • Along with the Corporate Business Development Manager, analyzed two promising projects with detailed market and industry analysis and made a business plan for the future course of actions.
