After a successful start up of the business in the B2B area in the 90s, we now added consumers as a primary and growing channel. We brought two new pillars with the retail and loyalty channel which allow the business to more than double and achieve EMEA record high revenue in 2008.

I started the business of LaCie in Italy in 1995 with a local organization made of sales, marketing, finance, logistics and repair team. Direct business model targeting B2B resellers with around 1.000 active customers per quarter.

Main purpose of the role was to find small and medium Italian industrial companies to invest in selected areas in France aiming at creating employment. Important advertising, direct marketing and C-level public relations in order to generate demand.
