I love my job! I do create new Added value activities in Direct Business Group. I´m working in the Retail area, so everything is about detail. I do create, develop and follow up everything with Post Sales activities for the channel. Such as Marketing, Communication, Customer Care and follow up, ROI for the Services business, etc. So, everything that I do is related with creating a unique experience for every unique customer! My goal is to make the 3 R´s experience: Return, Recommend and Recomend Sony.

If you know how to analyze customers behaivor...you can tell what is the best Marketing strategy for your business. In this position, I made customers analysis with Statistic Tools. And then, I did develp Marketing and communication activities for reaching our sales goals. And at the same time develop basic CRM strategies for making a better Customer Experience.
