As partner of a small design studio i filled a variety of roles; As design team leader, established a design/ui team consisting 2 designers and 2 front-end developers with experiences from junior to mid-level. Planned and applied various processes to achieve undertaken projects. Extended every team member’s vision on design and usability with in-house education and brain-storming sessions. Established a solid corelation between design and development teams with mentoring and personal interaction.

Primary objective of my job was creating internet ideas, designing websites and interfaces and online campaigns for different customers, from pharmaceutical to financial sectors. In time overtaken the responsibilities of managing customer relations, lead and delegated the job to newly employed personnel. During the period of employment worked on projects for companies like Garanti, Digiturk, Gösaş, Turkcell, Pfizer, Adil Işık, LCWaikiki, Promat, Doğuş Holding, Garanti Sigorta.

I worked on various projects with multiple design agencies on a contract basis during my freelance consultancy period. Most remarkable projects are Deniz Yatırım website - which was awarded with People’s Choice Award in Altın Örümcek 2008, Tellcom website prior to Superonline merger, İktisat Yatırım website. Appointed as a consultant by Turkcell internal development department Enterprise-IT to design and consult development process of multiple internal projects between 2005 and 2008.
