• Technical project management for driver assistance customer projects focus on radar based driver assistance systems like standard adaptive cruise control (ACC), predictive emergency braking system (PEBS), emergency break assist, predictive pedestrian protection. • First point of contact as technical customer interface and lead of international engineering project team (software, application engineering, hardware engineering).

• Responsible for creating FMEA and adapting it to customer projects • Developing the existing processes according to the new expectations • System breakdown, function and failure nets, FMEA evaluation and OEM presentation • Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (system/software, hardware, application, testing, sales etc.) • Tracking FMEA and updating FMEA timelines together with the project team • Supporting internal and external audits • Coaching 8D teams

• Responsibility for establishing, monitoring and maintaining the quality management system according to ISO 9001 standard • Ensuring the compliance of the ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards • Lead execution of improvement projects to make operation more effective and efficient in conformity with legal requirements and standards • Leading or taking part in internal process, system integrated audits • Monitoring the observations and non-conformities found in Third Party or internal audits

Participation in an EU FP6 project called Soilcy. Main tasks: Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) (ISO 14040) from cradle to grave on the environmental impact of Compressors Oils.
