Working in a project for HP Europe as a client from this agency, I was responsible for executing a market research and lead generation for potential customers in the Spanish market.

Attending the office during opening hours to attend to requests from interested parties. In particular, I was made responsible for the Quality Management Book which described the key points that all employees had to care for.

Provided advice to customers and support the active sale of products, also through engaging customers with special promotions. Maintaining and implementing concepts for the presentation of goods, as well as the operation of the cash register and carry out regular inventories.

Participating in a student’s team in charge of the development of a Marketing Project to forecast the future scenarios for the Commercial Vehicles market in Europe within the next 15 years.

Development of internal academic procedures, administration of the students’ database and offering personalized assistance to individual students for academic issues.
