Managing the Client Service team with a strong focus on operational client inquiries related to securities processing, payment processing, corporate action, account opening and closure among other topics.

Functional responsibility for qualitative Operational Risk (OR) processes & tools incl. enhancements/maintenance. Coordination with OR subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration in concern-wide OR Management audits and global regulatory investigations. Governance of change-the-bank (CTB) activities with respect to OR processes & tools. Responsibility for CTB projects in ORM. Development/maintenance of OR process documentation and coordination of updates to global OR policies.

Implementation of regulatory requirements and definition of group wide standards for internal control systems in all business divisions and infrastructure functions (Target Operating Model, Governance, Policies & Procedures, Non-Financial Risk Type Taxonomy). Support in programme coordination in PMO for the design and implementation of control systems. Execution of regular progress tracking and reporting. Preparation of decision papers and presentations for Senior Management and the European Central Bank.

Technical Product Manager for Client Access products & legal documentation. Subject matter expert and main contact point for legal contract-related developments in legal documentation tool. Template/smart forms prototype reviews and contract template version management. Drafting specifications and perform functional analysis for amendment of existing functionalities. Coordination of deliverables that span over multiple Product Management teams, transferring market requirements into technical solution.

Direct responsibility for project, employees and budget for the creation and global roll-out of a new legal documentation for corporate clients. Progress tracking and reporting of project status to Senior Management. Key support contact for Client Implementation, Service and Archiving Unit teams globally, and for corporate clients in the migration process to the new legal documentation. Collaboration with Product Management and IT development teams for technical implementations.

Payment Investigations. Embargo filtering & sanctions. Support for customer service teams globally. Responsibility for new developments in payment processing tools in collaboration with product management and IT.

Validation and implementation of corporate client contract data (Multibank, Bankline, db-WorldPAS, db-d6, MACUG). Gap analysis of client data between contract documentation, Bank Admin, Cat-EB, Documentation Assembler and CAAA. Correction of discrepancies in agreement with the Implementation Manager. Migration of GCM clients/deals from EDI to eBridge application.
