• Responsible for co-designing the mid- and long-term HR strategy and derive, adapt and execute the Labour Relations Strategy EMEA; leading the operational implementation of the EU-wide Business and the HR Strategy • Main point of contact for the global, regional and local Sen.Exec. Teams, departments and functions in any Labor Relations and Labor Law related issues • Team leader EMEA Labor Relations / Labour Law and management of national and international cross-functional projects
