In charge of - Leading Operations Center of Competence for 24 markets of Metro's presence with the functional lead for countries' Store Operations in the matrix organization - Leading Retail/Wholesale systems for Store Operations as a business stakeholder - Driving operations' projects such as "in-store" digitalization, new checkout technology roadmap - Creating and maintaining business process blueprints, incl. ecom / delivery - Co-leading the senior operations managers' international development program

P&L responsibility for the internal broker of own brands logistics with shipments to all Metro units in Europe / Asia. 6 direct reports (Customer Relationship managers / Order managers) Contract responsibility for 2 3PL platforms (ambient & deep frozen). During my assignment: • I grew the volume of operations by 150% • successfully transferred operations to the new deep-frozen logistics contractor • reduced the claim’s ledger from 2000+ to 100 claims • collected 90%+ of 1-3 years old debts from customers

Leading a team of 30 employees, there of 3 Heads of.
