Head of HR Technology & Support: Leading the strategy, development, and management of HR systems and digital HR processes across the Peab Group. Responsible for a team delivering HRIT, support, and data-driven insights. Driving continuous improvement, system implementations, and ensuring efficient HR support throughout the organization.

Experienced in customer development and sales, managing the full cycle from first contact to delivery, with a focus on identifying customer value, especially tested during the pandemic. As Consultant Manager, I led a team in Southern Sweden, supporting HRM/HCM and payroll system projects. Key assignments include feasibility studies, procurements, and implementations for global clients across the retail, industrial, and real estate sectors.

The project manager and HRBP focused on developing HR processes and supporting organisational and leadership development. Led a payroll feasibility study covering outsourcing, system requirements, ERP integration, and co-organisation. Managed change projects, including a new salary and assessment model. Responsible for competence mapping, manager-employee dialogue, and rehabilitation investigations.

Payroll & HR Software Implementation of the HCM/Payroll system HR-plus.

Drive the implementation of a new HR support in skills supply. Competence mapping and development of role descriptions in close cooperation with the business. Configuration of the competence tool, as well as training of leaders and employees.

As an owner, I have been involved in starting up a consulting business that helps companies with solutions in various HR processes (payroll and human resources administration). I have helped customers with both business processes and provided system support for HR processes. The focus has been on areas such as skills supply, training administration, recruitment, succession planning, integrations, reporting/analytics etc.

Software Engineer: Contributed to the development of Agda PS for HR and payroll. Tasks included needs analysis, system design, development, documentation, and training. Primarily focusing on learning, recruitment, salary review, and competence development. Consultant: Later transitioned to consultant, leading integration projects and reporting solutions. Helped clients align HR with business processes and strategic goals.
