Performed health checking and patching of all infrastructure servers. Investigated security intrusions/vulnerabilities, recommended and implemented solutions to reduce risk to IBM data. Lead the implementation of IBM’s GSD331 security controls against strategic outsourcing customers.

Initiated implementation of ‘Sales Management Processes’ by developing tracker for monitoring Sales Team. Conducting marketing and sales activities to achieve the annual branch turnover target. Implementing sales and promotional initiatives to enhance the market share, which resulted in bringing the branch among the top 3 in Bulgaria for successive quarters. Won several infrastructure replacement projects in the SMB market. Clients include: Alcatel, Ministry of Interior, Interpol, Financial Institution.

Start as administrator by solving customer operational issues and monitoring all customer access and hosting services. Held various other positions in system engineering, customer support, sales engineering support and consulting services management. Provided Systems Engineering support to sales force and customers. The actively improvement of all the services that we provide helped to become Office Manager.
