[in addition to responsibilities as Global Head of Supply Chain Solutions] Responsible for driving and executing Panalpina's supply chain solutions strategy and service offering in Europe in line with regional objective setting and priorities. In particular driving the development of a shared service platform for Control Tower and Lead Logistics (LLP) offerings in Prague, Czech Republic. Accountable for Road & Rail product in Europe (P&L responsibility).

Leading and developing the Supply Chain Solutions Center in Frankfurt with the objective to provide customers with strategic guidance and expertise in regards to supply chain design and execution as well as putting identified optimization potentials and solutions into practice.

Leading and developing a team focused on supply chain optimization and strategic network design for various industries with the objective to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce total cost-to-serve.

Research / analysis of Oil & Gas SCM requirements in Europe, Central Asia, North America and West Afrika. Conceptual design of supply chain solutions and global implementation of customer oriented system applications.
