I cut the expenses for the fees and fines to under 10% of the initial sum. I set up control over reporting procedures and overall interaction between the parts of the company acting as a Product Owner. Our system allows the paperwork to be done in 1-2 days instead of over a week before taking 20% less staff. The profit of the last project raised 6%.
