NP Group is an award winning international organisation focused on delivering the full suite of consulting, advisory and human capital solutions to the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. My current duties include working with Talent Advisors to seek and identify diverse external talent through formal and informal networks. I am also responsible for gathering data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right people.

I was sourcing and screening candidates for highly niche engineering roles based in Cheltenham, UK.

I was sourcing candidates, conducting telephone competency based interviews, and cultivating relationship with candidates throughout the whole recruitment cycle. The roles I was managing at that time were mostly based in a Shared Services Centre in Prague, Czech Republic, with some of them also located in Switzerland and United Kingdom.
