Managed NI/MOD process in the daproh Field Operation Template (FOT), focusing on SAP PS/SolB+ modules, ensuring system stability, continuous improvements and global rollouts. Led external SAP consultants, overseeing L2/L3 AMS support and managing the TKE SAP PS/SolB+ teams. Collaborated with Business Process Managers (BPMs) to identify template gaps and refine business requirements. Handled NI/MOD incident analysis and resolution, along with Change Request (CR) analysis, specification and implementation.

SAP PS and SolB+ Consultant specializing for global SAP ERP template builds and international rollouts. Led and contributed to SAP ERP transformation projects for thyssenkrupp, Siemens and SPIE, focusing on system consolidation, process harmonization and end-to-end solution delivery. Supported global template design, implementation and rollout efforts, aligning SAP solutions with business needs. Collaborated with business stakeholders, SAP consultants and offshore teams.
