The Design to Value (DtV) methodology is an integrated end-to-end approach to product development that considers multiple perspectives - incorporating the view of the customer, consumer, competition as well as the constraints & opportunities within our own supply chain.

Second assignment of my Trainee programme. Based at the European Hub in Slough, UK, I took the job of European activity manager. Two large projects were: - Development of a new solution reducing the complexity to handle nutritional information on pack while pioneering new methods to display more information in a less complex way, balacing the needs of Corporate Affairs, Marketing and the graphics / printing side. - Project / activity manager for a new chocolate bar innovation.

The management trainee program is a three year program offering rotation through three multidisciplinary assignments. In my first assignment at the VSN plant: - Development and rollout of a wrapping machine efficiency monitoring interface and integrating the use of this data into the ways of working and meeting structure of the factory. After the local pilot, the system has been rolled out to all European plants. - Developing a Sustainability roadmap and roll out of first step: 1,5MEur Chiller plant

Final project for Vlerick Master: Development of a marketing plan for accelerated growth in the floor care business for 3M Hellas in partnership with the Alfa-Beta Vassilopoulos retail chain. 2 Months in Athens, Greece.
