Main task: Implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors: [Fields of Human Resources] Implementation of all phases of a solution project within the customer environment: Initialization, analysis and design, performing parameter settings, data integration, validation and acceptance, training, initial support to users.

Cyclometallation of primary and secondary aromatic/cyclic amines by Iridium, Ruthenium and Rhodium complexes. - Synthesis of the transition metal complexes (Schlenk Techniques) - Extracting the substrate (seperation methods, liquid phase chromatography..) - Complete characterization of the synthesised molecules (IR, NMR, X-Ray, MS)
