As a working student in the Product Marketing department of TeamViewer, I support the marketing team with strategies for TeamViewer Tensor. My responsibilities include executing market research to gain insights into potential targets, customer needs, and product-relevant purchase decision-making processes. I collaborate with the advertising and demand teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders and agencies, to structure and develop international campaigns and campaign assets.

As an intern in the marketing department, I supported the digital marketing team and the content creation team in various capacities, including creating product marketing campaigns, implementing design changes, conducting market analysis and research on the latest trends, and organizing marketing events. My responsibilities also included analyzing data and creating reports to track and optimize marketing efforts. My performance in this position helped me gain valuable knowledge in the marketing field.

As a Manufacturing Intern, I was responsible for updating documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel, identifying and resolving issues related to facility and equipment requirements, assisting with inventory control using ACCESS Excel and BOXSOFT, and providing solutions and action plans to increase productivity and process efficiency. I also ensured adherence to safety and ergonomic practices.

The objective of this project was to conduct a deep investigation of the processes of CONDEL S.A. and to identify and solve any bottlenecks present in the company. The solution found involved reorganizing the production area to make it more efficient and increase the company’s net profit. The project was presented to the general manager and the production manager for approval, and it met all the standards required by the company.
