As part of Central/Eastern Europe team at Basware, I was responsible for targeting the local market of financial services and business process automation/ outsourcing in Russia/ CIS, first as a product marketing manager, and later from May 2012 as a regional sales representative.

Netwell speciality is bringing new IT brands into Russia/CIS and promoting them in local market from scratch. I was supporting sales for a variety of IT products, acting as an interface between Netwell and international vendor team, or as vendor’s local representative office in RCIS if they had no local team.

Reporting directly to CEO and president/ owner, I was collaborating with company’s executives to develop market positioning, strategies and information policy. I also developed process for marketing/PR department (4 reports): industry events, press events, news & press release, publishing corporate marketing materials, website etc. Some of these were never done before.
