Provided administrative support within HR department as: Welcoming new candidates, organizing new candidates training, drafting newsletters and preparation of certificates. Maintained employee and candidate attendance and leave reports.

Prescreened over 20-30 resumes per day. Interviewing. Reference and background checks. Created, updated the job description and posted the job adverts on online platforms.
