Thesis title: "Simulation analysis of Order promising in Semiconductor industry" 1, I have built a simulation model which represents the order promising system in a semiconductor industry. 2, Using the simulation model, I have analysed the different ATP search algorithms which has influence over the Delivery performance

The Project involves digitization of warehouse by implementing Mobile solutions for inventory management to increase workflow efficiency and data capture accuracy. • Categorized the raw materials in the material master data based on XYZ and ABC analysis. • Re-assigned bins for each raw material to reduce the time during picking, replenishment and put-away process. • Developed a Kanban system for highly utilized raw materials. • Designed an optimal route to deliver raw materials to Kanban stations.
