Supplier on-boarding activities (EVI/RFQ to TRSO & Technical assessment of Suppliers). Overseas Experience : Deputed to TMETC for reviewing system level DFMEAs & to generate CIBs for new platform.

Lead the GFS team for delivering Steering System Engineering jobs to Nissan Tech Center, Japan. Pilot for Cost Reduction activities for complete Chassis Systems. Pilot for Steering System for Root Cause Analysis for the field complaints reported in Nissan cars.  Interaction with supplier and customers for the addressing the field complaints. Overseas Experience : D&D of Steering system & GFS at Nissan Technical Center, Tokyo from Oct'10-Apr'11.

Design and Development of complete Steering System for LCV ULTRA Trucks and Buses. Interaction with global suppliers for developing the Steering Column, RBS gear and Steering Pump. DFMEA for Steering System and DVP sign off with testing agency and Supplier.         Procurement the proto parts and support vehicle proto built within the timeline. Monitor the Outdoor and Indoor Validation and track the issue for resolution for steering system.

Design Engineer for CAB and CAB integration parts. ( Traveller Facelift, Excel 4x4 ). 3D proposals for various BIW brackets and reinforcement, and its 2D generation. Support for proto shop for issue resolution. Support for Vehicle production built at Pithampur Plant ( Traveller Facelift ). (Previously knows as BAJAJ TEMPO)

Design of heating and cooling systems. Preparation of techno commercial proposals based. Preparation of P&I diagrams, data sheets based on technical aspects. Took lead for commissioning a Heat Recovery System for DG sets in TVS Motor Ltd, Hosur.
