Working under Application Operations Team to provide E2E Support to Vodafone Spain Customers which involved CRM-Billing & DWH Billing. Worked in Control-M autosys to fix the issue and process the monthly Billing of VF-Spain which includes formatting all the jobs run & format (Filter, summarize, removing inconsistency, scrubbing and merging) the data also loading stage wherein the load jobs will load the data into the DWH once data is formatted properly.

Worked with DHL Global Mail head quarter based in Atalanta and where providing Level 3 support for the various front-end/back-end applications. This includes application maintenance activities like coding ,bug fixes, production support , disaster recovery & implementing process improvement with process automation. Worked in developing solutions for correcting application issues through investigation and provide coding assistance to production team and implementation in next release.
