In charge of Business Unit with P&L responsibility providing services in 3 main areas of activities: Control Systems Engineering | Embedded Systems | Mechanical Engineering Supporting international Clients with a team of 3+ SDM's, 10+ PM's/Technical Leaders and 70+ engineers. Main challenge: to define and execute Sales Strategy and Business Development Plan that will allow to grow above the market and extend services portfolio.
