Conduct resourcing activity for senior roles within CGBU line of business

-Lead own recruiting projects for 7 open positions -Provide support for recruitment consultant in IRELAND/UK, such as: -Contact universities for advertising roles available for graduates/industrial placement -Post opportunities on local and foreing websites such as: Monster, Jobserve, etc. -Schedual up interviews -Screen cvs for open roles -Register candidates in the database -Reject unsuccessful candidates -Check references for successful candidates -Prepare&sign offers with candidates

-Place job advertisment on the company sites and worldwide jobs sites -Updating and developing the Recruiting Database -Search the suitable CVs on the database -Inform the candidates on the results after each of the stages of the recruitment process -Schedualing interviews -Offer administrative support to the recruitment team
