+ Coordinate and manage all projects in Nutrition sector, especially milk and baby food + Cooperate with other departments to successfully deliver Launching and Marketing projects for the brand Aptamil and Milumil + Work with IT and procedure department to manage digital projects and thus upgrade the business processes + Communicate with BOD about project progress, project status and related problems via presentations and reports

+ Recruit project members; define project roles and responsibilities + Negotiate, analyze, and prepare contracts with software vendors + Implement digital projects to the company operation system; train teams and departments to upgrade and digitalize their business processes + Collaborate with IT department to manage database, data warehouse v.v + Successfully deliver digital projects for the company like Base Human Management (HR Department), Base Work+, creating a digital library for staff

+ Analyze data using quantitative methodologies, mathematical models and other research tools + Present research results in reports, charts and tables using Power BI platform + Communicate clearly bottom-necks, problems or team progress to BOD and thus advise upper management on technology and strategies + Cooperate with other departments to clearly define, resolve operational problems and associated factors
