Depending on the Ford Group Account Director and Account Managers of Ford, Mazda and Volvo, responsible for managing customer accounts (with annual turnover exceeding the 83 Mio EUR) providing efficient technical solutions to clients and with optical results online with those established by the company. Functions: Quotations management. Negotiations and coordination with both internal customers and directly with customers and OEM’s. Serious incidents management with customer.

Depending on the Volvo Account Manager, to support and participate in all activities of the account management (over 130 Mio € of annual turnover), coordinating teams from different commercial projects and assuming direct responsibility for various projects. Functions: Quotations management. Management and negotiation annual/biannual with customer of prices for serial production wire-harnesses Management of technical changes and its commercial implications through PCR's procedure (Product Change Request)

Depending on the Scheduling Responsible, development of computer tools for better scheduling/programming of the production lines; Production Planning, Supply Exchange Management, Outsourcing, Production Control, Sales Forecast tracking.

Depending on the General Manager, responsible for procedures, methods & times, costs, implementation of Quality Standard ISO 9001, formulation of a new cost model.

Final Career Project (1994-95): Inventory of the facilities as a first step for the Global Management of the Public Electric Lighting. Project implementation at Vilanova i la Geltrú. Project performed in collaboration with ETSEIB Projects Department (UPC).
