Aligning business requirements and coordinating regional implementation of the networking setup (WAN, LAN, WLAN), data centers, voice services, video conferencing services, printing services, on-site support, test labs… Responsible for regional portfolio management, project planning, workload planning and PM assignment

Fully responsible for execution of assigned IT projects from the portfolio of Office Integration, IT Infra, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestment and Outsourcing projects in the West South Europe. Setting up a project structure, aligning business requirements, performing planning, driving execution, analyzing and mitigating risks, controlling budget, doing reporting and documentation. Coordination of NSN teams of IT service representatives, RE, business and 3rd party partners in the deployment of IT projects.

The primary interface between global NSN IT organization and local key business stakeholders / internal NSN IT customers. Responsible for capturing and managing demands coming from local Business Units, translating business needs to the technical level, planning and executing local activities on all IT architecture levels (process, application, information, infrastructure), planning and controlling IT budget.

Building and managing team of experts in charge of installation and technical support of carrier-grade Siemens mobile packet core, fixed VoIP solutions, intelligent networks/ billing/ charging (BSS), IT networking (Cisco, Juniper), WLAN solutions, network security (Juniper, Check Point), network management (OSS). Personally specialized in carrier grade network management for Siemens fixed and mobile core (Net Manager, Switch Commander), IT networks and Lawful Interception Management System.

Responsible for installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Cisco and Juniper based IT networks and network management systems for Siemens fixed, mobile, IP, transport and access solutions (MS Windows or SUN Solaris based Switch commander, NetManager, IP Manager, TNMS, Access Integrator, Lawful Interception Mgmt System).

Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of Siemens portfolio of Transmission networks (SDH, PDH, Access technologies) and related network management solutions. Part time teacher for network management systems at VF-TEL Training Centre. Successfully contributed to many customer projects at Telekom Serbia and Colt Austria.
