• Operational managing in northern Poland area (Gdansk,Szczecin,Bydgoszcz); • Managing and leading teams of professionals (managers, CSR's), • Providing proper selection of employees by: recruitment, monitoring and team – building; • Monitoring the quality of the customer service (front and back office transactions) based on the KPI’s issued by the corporation (SL, AST, AWT, NPS, ASC, AVC); • Implementing and developing SOX procedures (Order Entry, Order Fulfilment, Order Termination);

• Responsibility for the administration and efficient daily operations; • Providing leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Officers; • Providing a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; • Developing new account, deposit and loan business.
